Here’s what you need to know!

I am a Division 1 athlete and a business undergraduate student at the University of Nevada, Reno. Being an athlete is one of the greatest joys of my life, but it also ranks very high in the stress department. Everyday there are expectations put on my body and mind to perform at an extremely high level, and in order to meet these expectations I need the proper fuel. Eating a nutritious diet is easier said than done, especially when you’re an athlete with very little time and money. So, I started this blog to provide quick and cheap healthy food ideas that will fuel your high performance machine (your body). May my words and ideas inspire you to live a happy, healthy lifestyle!
